Terms and Conditions

1. Sales Finalization:

   • Once a print is purchased through Catawiki or directly via email, the sale is considered final after confirmation of payment.
      

2. Returns and Exchanges:

   • Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

   • After this 3-day period, no refunds or exchanges will be offered.
      

3. Eligibility for Returns:

   • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the print must be in the same condition that the customer received it in.

   • The print must also be in its original packaging.
      

4. Refund Process:

   • If a refund is granted within the 3-day period, it will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
      

5. Shipping Costs:

   • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
      

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photographs, and a replacement or full refund will be issued.
      

7. Modifications to Terms:

   • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, all purchases made prior to any changes will adhere to the terms at the time of purchase.
